“The process of making the work is the most important part of my practice, making discoveries through unexpected combinations of media in drawing print, photography. There is an element of memory in my work, which draws on a personal and shared sense of history attached to places, found or discarded objects, including photographs. My work is inspired by the marks of everyday life, and an awareness of impermanence and transience.”
